Admission Process

We understand that as an addict, one of the hardest parts of the recovery process is taking that first step towards recovery. At times, it may seem easier to continue on the current path of alcoholism and drug abuse, but we encourage you to take that first step. Our intake and admission process was specifically designed to alleviate all of the stress and anxiety you may feel about starting this path to physical and emotional freedom from drugs and alcohol. If you are unsure if now is the time for change or have already decided, please contact one of our treatment professionals today so you can begin your road to recovery.

Step 1: Contact A Treatment Professional – 800-601-9504
Our highly trained staff is standing by 24 hours a day to assist you with every step of the intake process. You will be given a designated intake specialist who will answer all of your questions and concerns about the detox process and how we can make it as comfortable as possible for you.

Step 2: Payment Information
Dealing with drug and alcohol addiction is hard enough on its own without having to worry about how you are going to afford the treatment you need. We work directly with most major insurance carriers and your designated intake specialist will handle this process for you from start to finish so that the only thing you have to worry about is your recovery. In certain circumstances, our facility will provide scholarship funds to individuals who qualify based on their financial situation. Upon completion of the insurance or private pay information, we will begin to assess what you will need moving forward.

Step 3: Pre-Admissions Intake
At this point in the process, you have decided that now is the time to make a change for the better. Your intake specialist will coordinate all of your transportation needs whether it’s a driver or a plane ticket. He or she will complete a pre-admission evaluation to ensure that you are arriving with the care needed to ease the oftentimes painful symptoms you are feeling. Your evaluation will cover:

  • Various substances being abused
  • Duration and frequency of your use
  • Past detoxification and addiction treatments
  • Areas of physical, emotional or financial distress
  • Pre-existing medical conditions (Diabetes, Asthma, Sleep Apnea, etc.)
  • Other past and current medical information

This step in the process is vital to ensuring that you are receiving the highest level of care. We encourage all clients to be as open and honest as possible when speaking with your designated intake specialist.
